Balancing the Scales of Justice for Children and Adults with Disabilities Conference
October 10-11, 2013, and have opened general registration for this Conference.

The Conference's primary target audience is individuals who work in disciplines that investigate and prosecute crimes against children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), as well as those who support those victims.  Seating is limited so register early to assure your seat. 

 

The Balancing the Scales of Justice Conference goal is to provide information and tools that will help improve the identification and prosecution of crimes against children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), as well as the response to and support for these victims.  Conference presenters include Scott Modell, Ph.D.; Jim Felte, J.D.; Ken Conrad, Ph.D.; Beth Farris, J.D.; Sgt. Tim Grant; Jenifer Markowitz, N.D.; and Geri Wisner, J.D.    View our working agenda.

General registration is $150.  Conference fee includes 4 keynote/plenary sessions, 4 breakout sessions, meals, and a flash drive loaded with Conference presentations. 

Conference evaluation begins with your registration.  Please be prepared to answer our pre-conference questions AND pay for your registration at one time; this process should take no longer than 10 minutes.
